Where do we ship from?
All orders are personally packed and shipped by myself in Spain, shipped to the rest of the world. This is a really small business run entirely by myself, so your support is really important to keep me going :)
Which countries do we ship to?
We ship worldwide! no matter where you are, you can get my products. 90% of my orders are from the US, but I love to receive orders from anywhere.
How long does my order take to arrive?
I pack orders every sunday, and ship them the next monday. I ship them using regular mail, hence the affordable $2 shipping cost. In my experience, regular mail can take from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive, so please keep in mind this when ordering pins, stickers, art books and prints.
Regarding t-shirts, they are custom printed just for you, in the US. In most cases, your order will be packed and shipped out our doors within a 2-5 days. Sometimes it does take longer when we're jammed, especially during holidays, so please don't wait till the last minute to order! Estimated shipping time for US order is 2-5 daysonce fulfilled.
International orders are shipped through Direct Link shipping, taking 15-20 days to arrive once fulfilled. This time may vary since International orders are difficult to control because multiple carriers are involved too. Sometimes it gets a bit earlier, sometimes a bit later.
Can I track my orders?
For t-shirts and hoodies, you'll receive an email with a tracking code so you can get more details on shipping time. The rest of the products are shipped by regular mail in order to offer an affordable shipping cost, so unfortunately there's no tracking info available, I only get a delivery notice. In any case, I take full resposibility on all orders so you can shop hasle free at naolito.com.
How much does shipping cost?
Pins / Stickers / Books: $2 Worldwide
T-Shirts / Hoodies / Mugs:
Rest of the world: $6
For example if your order includes:
- 3 pins: Shipping cost is $2
- 1 pin and 2 t-shirts: Shipping cost is $4
- 3 hoodies, 2 t-shirts and 5 pins: Shipping cost is $4
My order has already shipped. Can I have the delivery address changed?
We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already been dispatched, and the US Postal Service willl not change a delivery address once the parcel is on its way. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order.
Will I be charged a customs fee for my order?
All orders shipped outside the United States may be assessed customs fees by the government of the destination country. The shipping fees we charge for your order does not include custom fees. If you're unsure about your country's legislation and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office.
We know shopping online can be complicated sometimes, especially if it's your first purchase. To help you choosing the right size, we provide you the following table so you will be able to compare the measures with your own t-shirt and pick the size that fits better to you!
What kind of shirts do you print on?
We use ultra soft 100% preshrunk cotton Hanes t-shirts and hoodies. We are very proud of our product quality and we want you to feel proud of your t-shirt as well. That is why we only use top brands and printing techniques in the t-shirt industry.
How are your shirts printed?
Each order is printed individually on demand just for you. We use DTG printers, which means that the design is printed directly to the t-shirt. By using this technique, we are able to make durable and detailed prints, while making them feel light and soft on your chest.
Is your site secure?
Your ecommerce transactions take place in Shopify, and your payment is handled by Paypal. They both use industry-standard SSL encryption. If you have questions about secure commerce, please contact customer service using our contact form.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We do not accept payment by check, money order or purchase order, and we do not accept either orders by mail. Please note that online orders may be executed with real time credit card processing, and your card may be charged before your order ships.
Is my personal information kept private?
We do not resell or distribute your address, phone number, email address or any other personal information to anyone. Your phone number and email address will be only used if either us or the courier delivering your package need to contact you with a question about your order.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not completely happy about your order, we'll be happy to accept a return, refund, or size change. Kindly contact us within 7 working days from the day of receipt of the item. Full refund will be processed once we receive the item in its original condition. No restocking fee will be imposed.
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will only be resent at customer's expense. We don't accept returns if the item is as it was ordered.
In case of a lost tracked order, we'll proceed to make a full refund of your order or ship a new item to you. We don't make responsible of lost orders when untracked items are lost.
